BRIEF INTRODUCTION

Microbiology and Immunology Laboratory was established in 2004 and is affiliated to the Key Laboratory of Guangdong Agricultural Bioprotein Function and Regulation. Team members have long been engaged in microbial genetic and physiological and biochemical metabolism, animal immune enhancer anti-aging mechanism research. The main research directions are: 1. Bacterial fatty acid synthesis diversity and fatty acid anabolic regulation mechanism. 2. The relationship between bacterial quorum sensing and fatty acid anabolism. 3. The development of animal vaccines and the anti-aging mechanism of animal immune enhancers. 4. The mechanism of isolation and antagonism of microorganisms from harmful soil pathogens. In recent years, he has published more than 40 SCI papers in internationally renowned journals such as mBio, Antimicrob agents ch, Front Microbiol, Sci Rep, Vaccine, Mol plant microbe in, Mol immunol, Dev comp immunol, etc. The team currently has 2 professors, 2 associate professors, and team leader Professor Wang Haihong.
